Success Stories

Congratulations to our Paris Marathon Runners

We’re extremely proud to share the success of Guy Watts, Mark Lingard and Harry Sheppard who ran the 2018 Paris Marathon on the 8th of April in aid of our charity.

Their journey began on one of the world’s most famous streets, Les Champs Elysées with 55,000 other runners and along the gruelling 26.2 miles (42.1 km), they passed the Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame and Eiffel Tower.

Their success doesn’t end at the finish line as each of them achieved a personal best time for this marathon and they raised over £3000 for Moth in a China Shop!

The trio took on this challenge to commemorate this being the fourth year since losing a great friend, Arthur Mason – who the charity was set up in memory of.

A huge thank you and congratulations goes out to them, not only for their dedication and endurance, but also for their fantastic fundraising and outstanding achievement!

Supporting people

Focusing on sport and health

Providing support in areas where sport and nutritional awareness is not well established, or rehabilitation programmes and equipment is required. We hope for a world where all can enjoy and have the opportunity to play and learn about sports and health.
