Join us in our challenging but fun cycle fundraising! Starting on Wednesday 27th June in Cheltenham, our volunteers will back their bikes and peddle their way across the English countryside all the way to Fincham in Norfolk, finishing on Friday 29th!
Last year we had over 70 cyclists participate, and we hope to beat that record this year!
There is no entry fee we just ask that cyclists raise as much as they can for Moth in a China Shop.
The ride covers 160 miles (should no-one get lost… minimal chance!!) with camping at overnight destinations along the way. The first night will be spent at Bletchley RFC, who have kindly offered us the use of their facilities and camping space. From there the boys and girls will continue their arduous task to Hemington, just outside Peterborough for their last night’s stay on the road before reaching Old Larchwood. There will be a support vehicle following the cyclists with never ending encouragement and carrying spare cycle parts, first aid, camping gear and refreshments. Local media will be contacted and we hope that through each area, the charity will get some coverage.
At the end of the cycle ride, the participants will be greeted with a well-deserved and warmly welcomed beer festival, that is also open to the public and offers free entry. The Beer and Music Festival will be held on Saturday 30th June at Larchwood, near Fincham, Norfolk (this will be clearly signposted). The Beer festival will open at 11 a.m. carrying on into the evening with live music, tug of war, BBQ, and beer pong! Entry is free and camping is permitted in Larchwood.
Should you wish to partake in this event either this year or next year, please do get in contact with Eve Matthews on email or by phone to organise your participation! E: firstname.lastname@example.org

Camping is £5 per pitch.

Providing support in areas where sport and nutritional awareness is not well established, or rehabilitation programmes and equipment is required. We hope for a world where all can enjoy and have the opportunity to play and learn about sports and health.
